At MY Kids, we understand that every piece we make carries not just a design — but a memory. That’s why we handle every order, and every customer concern, with heart.
1. Made with Heart, Just for You
Each item in our shop — whether it's a hand-carved leather tag, a wool felt portrait, or a clay figurine — is crafted one by one, based on your beloved pet’s photo. As every piece is uniquely made, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once production is complete. We hope you understand this is to respect the value and intention of personalization.
2. We Offer a Preview for Your Peace of Mind
For many of our custom products, we provide a design preview or final photo for your confirmation before shipping. If, during this stage, you feel that something doesn’t feel right — you're welcome to request a full refund including shipping.
Once you've approved the final design and it’s on its way to you, we consider your piece “complete from the heart” — and refunds are no longer available. We thank you for trusting our artists to bring your memory to life.
3. Life Happens — We Accept Cancellations (Early)
If you change your mind, that’s okay. Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them. After that, we’ll likely have started sketching, sculpting, or carving — and the piece begins to take shape.
4. If Something Goes Wrong, Talk to Us
In the rare case your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or not what you expected, please don’t worry. Email us within 48 hours at sales@mykidspetsupply.com with your order number and photos. We’ll review your situation carefully and offer a solution with kindness — whether it’s a partial refund or a remake.
5. A Note on Handcrafted Differences
Just like no two pets are exactly the same, no two handmade items are either. Tiny differences in shade, shape, or texture are not imperfections — they’re part of what makes your piece uniquely yours.
6. About Shipping & Delays
We do our best to get your keepsake to you safely and on time. However, delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect addresses are outside our control. If your package is lost or delayed, we promise to do our best to help.
