Step 1: Choose Your Custom Product
Explore our shop and select the perfect handmade item — leather tags, wool felt pets, polymer clay figures, or pet jewelry. Every piece is made just for you.
Step 2: Upload Your Pet Photo
Upload a clear, front-facing photo during checkout. You can also email it to us. A good photo helps us capture your pet’s true personality.
Step 3: We Start Crafting
Our skilled artists begin the handcrafting process. We sculpt, carve, or stitch your keepsake with love. Production takes 7–15 business days depending on the product.
Step 4: Review & Approve
We’ll send you a photo or digital preview of your piece (if applicable). You can request small edits before final approval and shipping.
Step 5: We Ship Worldwide
Once approved, we carefully pack your item and ship it to your door — wherever you are in the world. You’ll receive a tracking number once shipped.
Step 6: Unbox Your Memory
Open your package and discover your handcrafted keepsake — a lasting tribute to your beloved companion.
