🚚 Shipping Policy
Because our products are lovingly handmade, shipping times include both production and delivery. Thank you for your patience as we create something meaningful for you.
1. Processing Time
All of our products are made to order. Depending on the product type and complexity, the average production time is 15–30 business days. We’ll email you as soon as your item is ready to ship.
2. Shipping Time
Once your item is completed, we ship it from our workshop in China. Estimated shipping times:
- United States & Canada: 7–14 business days
- Europe (UK, Germany, France, etc.): 8–15 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 10–18 business days
- Asia: 5–10 business days
- Rest of the world: 10–20 business days
3. Shipping Methods & Tracking
We use reliable international shipping partners (e.g. YunExpress, 4PX, ePacket, or EMS) with full tracking provided. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your parcel has shipped.
4. Customs & Import Duties
Some countries may apply import duties or taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend checking your local regulations before ordering if you’re unsure.
5. Address Issues
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. If you need to update your address, contact us within 24 hours of ordering. We cannot change the address after your item has shipped.
6. Delayed or Lost Packages
While delays are rare, shipping times may vary due to customs, holidays, or postal service conditions. If your package is delayed or missing, please reach out to us and we’ll do our best to help.
